Evolving the way we work

At Whitzardmedical, our commitment to fostering belonging for all people is woven into the fabric of our day-to-day activities. Everything we do is voluntary and influenced by our desire for all team members to feel heard, valued and accepted – to feel included.

Whitzardmedical places a high value on community and on initiatives that create opportunities around cultural awareness and social learnings for our employees. This is largely done through our employee-driven Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), supported by individuals with diverse backgrounds, experiences, abilities or characteristics who share a common interest in contributing to our corporate culture. Every ERG provides resources, messaging and initiatives that offer learning and engagement opportunities for the organization worldwide. ERGs are entirely voluntary and open to all people regardless of protected categories.
