Product warranty information

This limited warranty does not cover damage caused by regular wear and tear on the memory foam cushion.

For guidelines specific to contamination, misuse or abuse of Mobi portable oxygen concentrator components, sieve bed, internal batteries and external batteries, please refer to the full Mobi warranty and disclaimer in the user guide for product .​
Warranty is void on product sold, or resold, outside the region of original purchase. Warranty claims on defective product must be made by the initial consumer at the point of purchase. This warranty replaces all other expressed or implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Some regions or states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.​
The Company will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages claimed to have resulted from the sale, installation or use of any Company product. Some regions or states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from region to region. Consistent with the FDA’s De Novo grant of the new SoClean 3+ device, users are reminded to follow our instructions for use. Our User Guides instruct patients to clean our products with mild detergent and warm water only. The new SoClean 3+ device has not been tested or approved by cpapcore for use with our products. If the use of the new SoClean 3+ device causes damage, including discoloration, the replacement of our product will not be covered by our limited warranty.
